The continuous improvement of our products, services, processes and procedures is our goal. We think and act progressively and not only meet the challenges of today, but also open ourselves to the technological challenges of the future. Willingness to perform and learn characterizes the attitude of managers and employees.
Acting
Our cooperation is characterized by partnership and mutual appreciation. We communicate any problems that arise openly and solve them constructively. We also include suppliers and customers in this cooperation.
We regard errors and suggestions for improvement as opportunities. Our company has a structured problem-solving process. We consistently use instruments such as FMEA, 5-W analyses etc. Process owner for the problem-solving process is the management.
Transparency and
We reflect on our own actions and support each other. What is important for us is the ability for self-criticism. Every employee has the right to make mistakes – if possible not the same one twice. In return, the employee is obliged to openly address mistakes and the need for improvement.
As a company, we are committed to a pluralistic and cosmopolitan society; intolerance, racism and sexism have no place in our company.
