In view of the increasing operating time, especially of large cargo and container ships, the Retrofitting with new technologies is becoming more and more important.
Retrofitting is therefore an essential part of our business. The focus here is, among other things, on retrofitting with a new generation of sensors for collecting safety-relevant data on the engine. Another important topic is the retrofitting of marine engines with the new generation oil mist detector (MEV 283).
With these sensors and systems we make a significant contribution to improving ship operation by increasing safety and improving maintenance.
