Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their processing

We process with our contract processor Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland Connection data and browser data for the purpose of providing the fonts required by the web browser to display the website; this data will only be processed for the time necessary to select and transmit the fonts.

WP-Statistics
The protection of your privacy and personal data is a top priority when using WP-Statistics.
For the purpose of searching and analysing errors, evaluating the use and deriving measures for the future development of our website, we process your data using local analysis software WP-Statistics, WordPress.
Since this service is a local analysis tool, no personal data is passed on to the service provider or to third parties. In addition, your personal data is anonymised immediately after collection. Therefore, no personal data is stored beyond the first processing step.
A cookie is not required by WP-Statistics.

On our website you have the possibility to contact us directly via a contact form. Duration of storage
We will only store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the intended purpose of the data collection or as long as it is required by law. As far as storage periods under commercial and tax law have to be observed, the storage period for certain data can be up to ten years.
Rights of data subjects
You have the following rights in relation to the personal data concerning you:

- (right to deletion) in accordance with Art. 17 EU-DSGVO to demand the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
- (right to restrict processing) pursuant to Art. 18 EU-DSGVO to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or if you have lodged an objection to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 EU-DSGVO;

Right of objection
If the processing of your personal data is based on a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to this processing.
Unless there are compelling reasons for processing on our part that are worthy of protection, the processing of your data on the basis of this legal basis will be stopped.
